Our practice operates on an appointment basis. Walk-in client's are welcomed however waiting times can not be guaranteed, as preference will be given to our scheduled appointments.
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.
New clients should plan on arriving 15 minutes early to complete the registration paperwork
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, cash and personal checks. Hospitalization and major procedures may require a deposit.
(New clients please note: Personal checks are not accepted for the first visit.)
Care Credit is a flexible client payment option specificlly designed for healthcare expenses, making it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures your pet needs. If you wish to apply for Care Credit, please ask our staff in advance for an application form and be prepared to provide two forms of identification, one with picture. The application is free and it only takes a few minutes.

For everyone's protection, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in our waiting area. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
