Our highly trained Veterinary Technicians are on the premises 24 hours a day to care for hospitalized patients and to handle emergency calls. There is always a Doctor on-call to handle emergencies after hours.
Westside operates on an appointment basis. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to squeeze in a "walk-in" or "unscheduled visit" between scheduled appointments. These Walk-ins are welcomed, however waiting times can not be guarenteed, as preference will be given to our scheduled appointments.
Emergency & Urgent Care
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet during normal office hours, please call us so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency, then proceed to our hospital accordingly.
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by patients with scheduled appointments.
For after-hour emergencies. please call our office and speak to our 24 hour veterinary technicians who will page the doctor on your behalf. The doctor will return your call and make arrangements to meet you at our hospital.
